Cancellation Policy

Top Floor Nightclub - Event Ticket Terms and Conditions 18+ Valid Identification: Admission to Top Floor Nightclub events requires valid government-issued photo identification, regardless of your age. No exceptions will be made. Ticket Purchase and Rebooking: Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services. If you are unable to attend the event, tickets may be rebooked for another available date, subject to availability and rebooking policies. Please contact the venue for assistance. Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued, and duplicate tickets will not be honoured. Intoxication and RSA: Attendees are expected to adhere to responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines and maintain acceptable intoxication levels. Those found to be excessively intoxicated will be turned away without refund. Security and Conduct: All attendees are subject to security checks and must comply with security and venue staff instructions. Disorderly conduct, illegal activities, or any behaviour deemed disruptive will result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund. Dress Code: Dress code applies. Banned Patrons (Scantek): Banned patrons (Scantek) will not be allowed access to the venue. Please contact Top Floor Nightclub to check for existing bans before purchasing tickets. Tickets will not be refunded if purchased by a patron with a ban. By purchasing a ticket and attending events at Top Floor Nightclub, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in expulsion from the venue without refund. VIP Booth Bookings: VIP Booth purchases include express entry, line skip, and allocated booth seating for a specified number of guests, as outlined in the ticket description.
